Complaints

We welcome the views of all the members of our learning community. We have gained the Gold Parent Charter for our partnership work with parents and aim to provide the best possible education for all our children.

 

Please talk to us if you have any worries or concerns. There are always senior staff members on the door each morning, and staff are available in the classrooms from 8.45 to 9 am. An appointment can be made to see the Headteacher if there is something you would like to discuss in confidence.

Any formal complaints may be made using the Complaints Policy, which is attached below.
