Friday 16th April 2021 - Reception Class Places offered for September 2021

Thank you for choosing our fabulous school for your child's education.  We are looking forward to welcoming you and your child to the Sitwell family in September 2021.

 

Next Steps...

On Friday 16th April 2021, you will receive an email during the working day (if you applied through Rotherham Council's online application portal or a letter a few days later if you applied in any other way) with your child's school place offer. 

 

To confirm or decline the place offered by our school, please email office@sitwellinfantschool.co.uk with the following information:

  • Child's name
  • Child's DOB
  • Home address
  • Email address that we can contact a parent through with further information

 

Please feel free to ask any questions you may have in your email to school. We are more than happy to telephone parents to discuss any questions raised. 

 

Once we have received the list of places from Rotherham Council, we will then begin to contact nurseries to gather further information about each child. We will then group the children into three classes and a welcome pack will be posted out to you by the end of May. This will include a range of information about school life, as well as key information about your child's new class, and key forms for you to complete and return to school. Please follow the instructions in the welcome letter to organise a time to return these forms to school. You will be able to purchase uniform during these visits to school.
