Road Safety Week
Sun 17 Nov 2019This week is Road Safety week and we will be completing lots of learning in the classroom about how we can stay safe on and near our roads. Please try to travel to school as actively as you can so that less cars are on the roads near school.
On Friday 22nd November, we will be having a Be Bright day for the whole school, so all staff and children can come dressed down in their brightest clothes! Have fun with it and come dressed as bright and wacky as you like!

School is open
Fri 08 Nov 2019The school site and surrounding areas are not badly affected by the flooding and most school staff can get into school, so we will be open as usual this morning, including Breakfast Club. Please let us know if you are in a badly affected area and cannot get to school with your child. Anyone arriving late due to the flooding will not receive a late mark. Be careful on your way to school this morning! Thank you. -

Happy Shoes-Day!
Sun 03 Nov 2019Happy Shoes-Day - Monday 4th November
On Monday 4th November, we will be holding a special assembly in the afternoon to celebrate that we have now achieved the Modeshift Stars Silver award! This has been awarded following our continued focus on active travel and our children's health and well-being. Some councillors from the local area will also come to our assembly and present Mrs Lilley with our silver award. As this is a special occasion, we thought we would celebrate by wearing our favourite shoes! So on Monday 4th November, don't forget that it is Happy Shoes-Day!
