Admissions to our school is controlled by Rotherham Local Authority. Our standard intake into Foundation Stage is 75. Please note that from September 2025, our standard intake into Foundation Stage will be 60.

Early Years Foundation Stage

We have 3 classes of children in Early Years Foundation Stage 2 - Sunflower, Buttercup & Daisy Classes. These are the youngest children in school and because the children join us from over 20 settings, we keep the class sizes to approximately 25. 

Children follow the EYFS Curriculum and their learning is based upon 3 exciting and varied themes through the year, as well as developing ideas based upon the children's interests. 

Key Stage 1

We have 2 classes of children in Year 1 - Poppy & Snowdrop Classes.

We have 2 classes of children in Year 2 - Rose & Tulip Classes.

We have one mixed class of Y1 and Y2 children - Bluebell Class. 

Children follow the National Curriculum and their learning is based upon 3 exciting and varied themes through the year.
